Onebright appoints Chief Commercial Officer and Clinical Director of Psychiatric services

Onebright, the UK’s leading outpatient mental healthcare company, has made two senior hires with the appointments of Tim Dunn as chief commercial officer and Dr Gabrielle Pendlebury as clinical director of psychiatric services.

Tim will lead and manage all aspects of the company’s commercial functions, including sales, marketing and product development, and support access to quality care for those who need it. He joins from healthcare and insurance company, Cigna, and has held roles at AXA.

Dr Pendlebury is responsible for developing the existing psychiatric services and setting up new pathways to meet the current global need for high quality, evidence based mental healthcare.

Onebright currently has a national network of psychiatrists that undertake remote and face-to-face consultations and with Dr Pendlebury’s appointment, the company will develop bespoke pathways that address the growing need for assessment and treatment of mental health disorders across the lifespan.

Onebright’s comprehensive clinical governance framework is supported by an expert team of industry-leading clinicians and clinical advisors, and Dr Pendlebury joins Onebright’s clinical governance board.

Dr Pendlebury is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist, who undertook her training at the Maudsley Hospital in London and has expertise in forensic adolescent psychiatry and neurodevelopmental disorders. She has a diverse range of experience, having worked as a Medicolegal Consultant, supporting, and advising doctors in criminal, disciplinary and regulatory matters, as well as setting up services in the NHS and private sector.

Commenting on their appointments, Onebright CEO Donald Fowler, said: “We are committed to quality of care and leading with integrity and compassion, delivering a recovery focused service that gives people rapid access to high quality mental healthcare when they need it. I am very pleased that Tim and Gabrielle have joined Onebright. Their knowledge and expertise will enable us to continue to deliver our high standards of clinical care and great clinical outcomes, as well as deliver our plans for growth and the launch of new service lines this year.”

Onebright launched in 2021 and is developing new ways of delivering personalised mental healthcare using technology, matching the right clinicians to the right people, and providing the best treatment pathways for individuals to get better and have hope for the future. Greater integration of psychiatry is one of the key areas of development for Onebright this year, as it helps more people to access this service.
