The Onebright Difference

A clinician carries out an initial mental health assessment of your child to ensure their needs will benefit from remote CBT therapy. This assessment also screens for common mental health conditions in children, and upon completion of this consultation, you’ll receive a clinical report.
Onebright CBT therapy supports managing mental health and treating mental health conditions in children.

If you’re a parent who wants to help their anxious teenager, or you want to find non-prescription options for treating depression in children, or you’re looking for a therapy provider with success in managing separation anxiety, then our licenced CBT therapists are the right choice for you.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has been successful in treating conditions in children and teens such as:

- Social Anxiety
- Panic Attacks
- Self Harm
- Eating Disorders
- Low Self-Esteem
- OCD
When tailored to their specific needs, online therapy for children allows for early detection and treatment of emotional, behavioural, or social issues.

Remote therapy's accessibility can make a substantial difference for many parents and children with busy schedules. Rapid appointments and accessibility mean that problems can be addressed as they arise, preventing them from snowballing into larger issues in adulthood.
It could be time to book therapy for your child if your child is feeling overwhelmed, anxious or sad and lacking coping strategies to process these feelings. If your child is feeling isolated from friends or lacks a sense of belonging, is feeling angry or struggling to communicate with family and friends or unable to express themselves, thinking or acting on self-harm are also common signs.
