Onebright approved as NHS Framework supplier

Onebright has been named as a supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism: Assessment and Diagnosis, NHS Talking Therapies and Crisis Services framework agreement.

This milestone allows NHS England, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts, NHS Foundation Trusts, local authorities, and combined authorities to access our services directly through the framework.

It is a vital step in supporting local mental health objectives and enabling an efficient agile procurement process to add in capacity and expertise in a responsive way where it is most needed.

Meeting NHS priorities

NHS SBS designed this framework to respond to the growing demand for mental health services, as highlighted in the NHS Long Term Plan, the 2024/25 priorities, and the Lord Darzi review. Waiting times remain a challenge for many communities, and the need for accessible, flexible, high-quality provision has never been greater.

The framework offers NHS bodies a compliant, efficient route to work with approved suppliers who have the expertise, capacity, and standards needed to deliver effective care.

What can NHS organisations access through the framework with Onebright?

The Onebright accredited therapy team support services with treatment for depression and anxiety.  Onebright offer this support confidently at scale with their operational teams in York ensuring we support patient engagement and queries with care and warmth to optimise outcomes.

Our specialist clinical services include consultant and GP referred services for treatment of moderate to severe perinatal mental health challenges, severe adult mental health needs managed through Primary Care Networks, Long Term Heath Condition Management and issues such as problem gambling and alcohol misuse.

We offer a highly accessible service, delivered in over 20 languages and a range of formats to suit individual preferences, either in person, over the phone, or via video consultation and available at more than 3,000 clinic venues across the UK, ensuring broad access for diverse communities.

Our robust governance framework ensures care is personalised, effective, and safe—achieving satisfaction rates above 97% and recovery rates of 72% across more than 40,000 patients, in line with NHS Talking Therapies methodology.

The flexibility in delivery, combined with an emphasis on patient choice, makes Onebright an accessible and effective addition to NHS community services.

Alison Bromley, Head of Partnerships at Onebright, said:

This supports the NHS in meeting rising demand, adding in specialist support to target areas in need and reducing waiting times and improving outcomes for individuals.”
