Onebright Director Lee Grant Featured in ASOS.

Lee Grant, a Clinical Director at Onebright, has been featured on the new ASOS article by Siam Goorwich.  The article shares tips on how to maintain focus at work and Lee discusses the concept of task organisation, see below:

First the worst: You know that rhyme, ‘First the worst, second the best, third the one with the hairy chest’? Well, we’re not so sure about the hairy chest thing, but it seems that ‘first the worst’ definitely has some truth in it. Lee Grant, clinical director at psychological and wellbeing practice Onebright Ltd, told us: ‘Do things you’re not looking forward to the most first, and break them down into chunks to make them more manageable.’ It makes sense. That way you won’t spend your day wasting precious energy stewing about them.
