Onebright Group appoints Shamira Graham as Managing Director of Mindstep
Onebright Group has today appointed Shamira Graham as Managing Director of Mindstep, the digital first mental health company it acquired in July.
Graham’s appointment will strengthen the connection between digital-first support, clinical expertise and human care across the mental healthcare and neurodevelopmental services group and comes at a time of significant importance for the business, as it expands access to preventative and personalised mental health and neurodevelopmental support.
Graham will hold the position alongside her existing role as Chief Commercial Officer at Onebright Mental Health. She will lead Mindstep’s executive team, strategy, commercial development and operational performance, working across the Group to strengthen partnerships and deliver sustainable growth.
The ambition is to provide more connected pathways, helping people access support earlier and move into the right level of care as their needs change. For clients and partners, this means a more connected proposition spanning prevention, assessment and treatment.
With more than 25 years’ experience across mental health research, clinical practice and commercial leadership, Graham brings a deep understanding of how to translate clinical evidence into innovative services and effective care pathways. Her dual role will help align Mindstep’s development with the wider Group’s expertise and commercial strategy.
