What we look for

  • Hold formal CBT training at undergraduate or postgraduate level
  • Have experience in either NHS or private (or both) practice
  • Comfortable balancing clinical requirements with a commercial focus
  • Are BABCP-accredited (or accreditable) provisional/full or HCPC-registered
  • And, most importantly, are a dedicated, passionate, and committed CBT therapist

Meet our clinical leadership

Lee Grant
Clinical Director
Lee Grant is our Clinical Director and founded the expert CBT service, Efficacy in 2003 which was sold to Onebright in 2020. As Clinical Director he designs and oversees service development.

Lee is a BABCP accredited CBT therapist (practitioner, supervisor and trainer). He has a Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) providing CBT consultancy to universities as a lecturer practitioner and is the Programme Leader for three MScs in CBT. Lee sits as a committee member for the BABCP Supervisory Group, reflecting his expertise in this area.

Lee’s areas of interest are supervision and mental health in organisations. He trains and advises other CBT therapists on how to provide adequate supervision. Lee still provides peer supervision, oversees all the postgraduate supervision and provides supervision and CBT training to other healthcare professionals.

In his clinical work, Lee specialises in anxiety disorders, depressive illness, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship problems, couples therapy and sex therapy.

Clare Price
Head of Psychological Services
Clare joined Onebright in 2016, she is mental health nurse by background, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and former lecturer on the Post Graduate CBT course at the University of Hull.

Having worked in the mental health sector since 1992, Clare has experience across a variety of NHS, third sector and private sector organisations in a wide range of clinical, operational and strategic roles. Clare is responsible for our internal clinical team and the delivery of excellence in clinical services and outcomes for the people we serve.

She has designed, developed and implemented a wide range of clinical services and pathways within the corporate wellbeing sector winning awards for innovation, service design and training provision.

Shamira Graham
Head of Corporate Solutions
Shamira has been with the Onebright team (Formally Efficacy) since 2008 and has been working in mental health research and clinical practice for over 15 years. Shamira leads Onebright’s Corporate Solutions business which provides specialist consultancy on wellbeing strategy and evidence based mental health pathways for corporate organisations.

Shamira has extensive experience working with the Legal sector and has delivered mental health training, globally to international law firms. She works from board level down to deliver mental health training, resilience and stress prevention and organisational performance workshops.

Clinically, Shamira specialises in trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive illness, clinical perfectionism and low self-esteem. She also provides cognitive coaching to those individuals who wish to optimise their performance and solve workplace challenges.

Before re-training, Shamira worked in large corporate organisations in portfolio management, strategic planning and business analysis and improvement. This background gives Shamira insight into the challenges faced by individuals and organisations.

Tanya Woolf
Chief Governance Officer
Tanya joined Efficacy/Onebright in 2013 from the NHS and leads the clinical governance provision to ensure we provide high quality clinical services with our clients at the heart of everything we do. She is a consultant counselling psychologist who provides CBT, clinical supervision and a range of psychological services to individuals, couples and organisations. She is HCPC and UKCP registered and BABCP accredited (therapist and supervisor).

She brings long experience of clinical provision and leading clinical services both in the NHS and independent sector. She also brings a variety of commercial sector experience including in the advertising and financial services fields.

Tanya is an accredited mediator (Civil & Commercial and Workplace) and conflict resolution coach.

Professor Marcantonio Spada
Consultant CBT Practitioner
Marcantonio M. Spada, PhD, FBPsS, FBABCP, is Professor of Addictive Behaviours and Mental Health, and Dean of the School of Applied Sciences at London South Bank University where he is also the Deputy Lead of the Centre for Addictive Behaviours Research. His main research focus is on identifying metacognitive factors involved in the development and maintenance of addictive behaviours with the central aim of developing and evaluating new psychological treatments which target metacognitive change. The author of over 175 scientific journal articles and three books, Professor Spada also serves as both Editor-in-Chief of Addictive Behaviors and Addictive Behaviors Reports, and as Associate Editor of Clinical Psychology & Psychotherapy. He has been a Consultant CBT practitioner with Onebright since 2011.

Before re-training as a psychologist and CBT practitioner, Professor Spada worked as an investment analyst in the banking sector. The experience gained in this field, combined with his CBT expertise, has provided valuable support and insight for clients with stressful careers, performance anxiety and work-life balance problems.

Professor Spada has over 20 years’ experience as an academic, psychologist, CBT practitioner and workshop facilitator with an international standing in the field.
