Step 1 - Applying for your DBS
Welcome to Onebright’s new sponsoring service for obtaining an enhanced DBS through our partner organisation, Security Watchdog.

Step 2 - Proving your identity
As Onebright has a remote working relationship with clinicians on our network, we require proof of your identity before we can verify your identity for the DBS request to proceed.
Proof of identity can be provided in two ways:
1. Complete our Identity Checking Form and return to Onebright at DBS@onebright.com (Free of charge).
Or
2. Take the relevant documents to the post office and use their document certification service and e-mail the certified documents (see page 10 of the Identity checking form for the list of acceptable documents) to Onebright at DBS@onebright.com (Cost is subject to change, but circa £12.75).
Once we receive the relevant documents, we will verify your identity and your application will be processed. You will be provided with a copy of the certificate and Onebright will be notified of completion. You will then be able to share a copy of the certificate to demonstrate compliance with our safeguarding policy.
This is currently a pilot service and we would be grateful for any constructive feedback to enable us to refine the process and make it as streamlined as possible for all of you.
