You will get regular referrals, access to continuous professional development and be part of an exciting new model of mental health support.

Onebright is a clinically led and clinician managed service, who have been around since 2003. We are hugely passionate about delivering evidence-based interventions and giving clinicians and clients the best possible experience and outcomes. We strive to be the partner of choice in the independent sector.

Working with us

When you work with us as an associate you become part of our Onebright team, trusted and supported to deliver the best outcome for our clients. From initial referral through treatment, reporting and invoicing we will be alongside you.

Exclusive CPD training programme

Get access to free of charge CPD delivered by world renowned leading clinicians within their field via online resources, training, exclusive events and support for your continuing professional development.

Monthly payment of fees & DNAs

We pay you within 30 days upon receipt of invoice. We now pay for clients who do not attend (DNA) or cancel their appointment too.

Technological investment

We are investing in tools and systems to enable you to focus on what matters - the life-changing therapy you provide.

Responsive risk and safeguarding support

As part of our network you will have rapid access to our clinical team to share, assess and manage issues. Our team of dedicated and friendly therapists will offer you their support whenever you need it.

What we look for

To join the Onebright network of associate clinicians, you need to be:

  • A qualified CBT practitioner, counsellor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist or mental health trainer
  • An accredited member of the following professional bodies: British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, UK Council for Psychotherapy or Health and Care Professions Council

Good to know

Clients accessing treatment include:
• Private medical insurance members
• Personal injury referrals
• Self-referrers
• Employee Assistance Programme members
• Occupational Health Team referrals
• Group income/income protection referrals (return to work)
There is no minimum number of referrals that you must accept. The number of clients you work with would be on your own terms.
There is absolutely no charge involved in joining our network of therapists. We receive a high volume of referrals, meaning we can likely provide referrals on a regular basis.
In accordance with our payment terms and company policy, invoices will be paid 30 days from the day received, unless specifically agreed otherwise. If you wish to discuss fees, please contact the Network team at network@onebright.com
