Professor Marcantonio Spada, Chief Clinical Officer

Marcantonio joined Onebright as a CBT practitioner in November 2011 and was appointed Chief Clinical Officer in September 2024. He is an academic psychologist, accredited CBT practitioner, and senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in the higher education and mental healthcare sectors. As Chief Clinical Officer, Marcantonio leads and oversees the delivery and governance of the company’s clinical services. His role enables Onebright to continue to improve access to, and outcomes from, existing clinical pathways as well as drive the development of new specialist pathways. He remains Emeritus Professor at London South Bank University.
Lee Grant, Clinical Director of Service Development

Lee is a registered mental health nurse and accredited CBT practitioner, trainer and supervisor with over 30 years’ experience in mental health practice. As Clinical Director of Service Development, and founder of Efficacy (now part of Onebright), Lee blends entrepreneurial vision with uncompromising clinical standards. A strategic thinker and trainer, Lee supports executive leadership and drives ethical, evidence-based innovation. His NHS roots and academic leadership inform a pragmatic, quality-driven approach to complex mental health challenges.
Dr Glenn Mason, Head of Adult Psychological Therapies

Glenn is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist and accredited CBT practitioner who joined Onebright in May 2022 and was appointed Head of Adult Psychological Therapies in July 2024. With over two decades of mental health experience, he has worked in a variety of adult psychological therapies settings and has led clinical delivery in public, private, and community sectors. His clinical specialisms are PTSD, C-PTSD, long term health conditions, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. He also supports the creative industries through psychological assessments and media consultancy.
Babalwa Essandoh Madikazi, Head of CYP Psychological Therapies

Babalwa is a registered mental health nurse and an accredited CBT practitioner and supervisor who joined Onebright in May 2021 and was appointed Head of Children and Young People’s (CYP) Psychological Therapies in September 2022. She has over 25 years of experience in mental health services across primary, secondary, and tertiary care. Babalwa has worked with families and the systems around the child and young person, ensuring fast access to the right interventions, at the right time. She has vast experience of delivering intensive CBT for treatment refractory anxiety disorders, complex trauma, and psychological distress in terminal cancer.
Dan Kentley, Head of Assessment and Specialist Clinical Services

Dan is a registered mental health nurse who joined Onebright in May 2022. He is Head of Assessment and Specialist Clinical Services, including neurodevelopmental and psychiatry services. Since graduating from the University of York in 2012 Dan has gained extensive experience in both clinical and operational management across a wide variety of health and social care services in the NHS, voluntary, and private sectors. This has included community and residential mental health and psychosis services, neurodevelopmental services, talking therapies, primary care mental health, and domestic abuse support services.
Kerry Davies-Wareing, Head of Clinical Operations

Kerry joined Onebright in January 2022 as Head of Service Delivery and then moved into her current role as Head of Clinical Operations in May 2024. With over 20 years spent working in private mental healthcare (10 of which in senior management roles), she has accrued considerable experience and successes in leading both operational and clinical teams. Kerry has a deep knowledge of business development, quality improvement planning, restructures and managing team mergers and acquisitions. She has also developed substantial clinical knowledge allowing for an excellent understanding of both the operational and clinical needs of the business for efficient and quality delivery.
Dr Anna Sandall, Principal Clinical Lead for Adult Psychological Therapies (Specialist Contracts)

Anna is a Clinical Psychologist and accredited CBT practitioner and has oversight of our specialist contracts in her role as Principal Clinical Lead. She joined Onebright in July 2025, having worked across a wide range of settings including the NHS, private practice and the non-profit sector. Anna has expertise in long-term conditions, in particular oncology and chronic pain, and has also worked with couples and children. Anna has led psychology teams both in the NHS and abroad and has skills in teaching, policy development, audit, supervision, and grant applications.
Dr Julia Lyons, Principal Clinical Lead for Adult Psychological Therapies (Private Medical Insurance)

Julia Lyons is Counselling Psychologist and has oversight of our private medical insurance contracts in her role as Principal Clinical Lead. She joined Onebright in October 2022 and has over a decade of experience in mental health. Her background spans NHS secondary care, physical health psychology, academia, and consultancy. Julia also brings prior expertise in science and financial services. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care and building strong partnerships to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
