Our specialist support

From everyday wellbeing and prevention through to specialist clinical care, we cover the whole spectrum of workforce mental health. Our specialist clinical support includes:

Oncology support

Psychological interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and supportive counselling can help adapt and adjust to the thoughts and feelings that result from a cancer diagnosis and treatments.

Trauma therapy

Some roles carry trauma as part of the job, such as blue light, rail and frontline healthcare. We deliver specialist, NICE aligned trauma care at the depth those workforces actually need, with critical incident and complex case support around it.

Critical incident response

Support for you or your team that have been affected by a traumatic incident. This can include counselling, training and an on-site support clinician.

Psychiatry

Our psychiatrists specialise in diagnosing and supporting people with various conditions. Psychiatrists have a deep understanding of physical and mental health and how they affect each other.

Trauma therapy for high risk workforces

Delivered by senior clinicians trained and supervised specifically in trauma, we treat complex trauma for as long as recovery takes, not a standard session count. That depth is what lets us take on cases others refer elsewhere. We deliver trauma-focused CBT, EMDR and specialist support for complex PTSD and co-occurring presentations.

Online Therapy for Building Confidence

Critical incident response

Tailored to a specific workplace critical incident, this combines expert guidance for leaders, with psychologically informed support for affected teams. Never a generic package, always sensitive to the sector, the particular circumstances and the people affected. This can include expert guidance for leaders, counselling, training and psychologically informed support for employees.

Senior clinicians advise on immediate psychosocial risks, communication and duty of care, and how to phase support over the following hours, days and weeks. Psychological first aid and follow‑up sessions aim to stabilise, normalise acute stress reactions and identify people who may need a structured pathway.

How can you best support your workforce?

Mental health support forms part of wider wellbeing at work, but for employers, it can be difficult to know what type of support you should provide and where to start.
Offer tailored support plans for each individual, as employees with the same mental health condition will have different experiences.
Understand the mental health requirements of your workforce so you can develop a mental health strategy that meets their needs.
Create an open workplace culture and reduce the stigma around talking about mental health.
Provide senior managers and leaders with mental health training so they better understand what mental health is. Lead from the top with senior leaders and HR professionals.
Recognise the signs and symptoms of various conditions, and learn how to support colleagues can help with early detection of mental ill health.
