The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards surveyed Onebright employees using 26 questions on employee engagement at work developed by psychologists, business leaders, academics, and behavioural scientists to monitor employee engagement, wellbeing, and discretionary effort in the workplace.
To achieve inclusion on the celebrated top 500 companies, Onebright scored well above the average scores across the six-step framework including rewards and recognition, installing pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction. During the past 3 years, Onebright has strived to listen to its people and made significant changes to the business from reward and recognition initiatives, enabling employees to be empowered in their work and responsibilities, increasing overall job satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
