Signs that you should consider seeking treatment

You should consider treatment for your addiction problems when:
You have regular, intense or preoccupying thoughts about sex, or sexual fantasies that you find difficult to get rid of, even if you want to.
You notice that you act on urges, even if you know that there would be a negative consequence that you do not want to experience.
You find it difficult to focus on other aspects of life because you are intensely preoccupied with thoughts about sex or sexual fantasies/urges.
