Timely and accessible solutions for your workforce

Our rapid access mental health pathway gives your employees a clinically guided journey with evidenced treatment outcomes. It’s designed to help prevent absenteeism, improve recovery, and increase return to work rates. We can get your employees straight into assessment, once you’ve agreed to Onebright’s terms and conditions.  There’s no commitment to a contract.

Onebright support people into a range of mental health assessments and treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychiatry.

Whether you represent a small company with 10 employees or a large corporate employer overlooking thousands of employees, we offer affordable ways for organisations to get maximum ROI on partnering with a mental health company like Onebright.

Focusing on employee mental health is not just about improving day-to-day operations, it’s about creating a more sustainable, resilient workforce.

Here's what your employee can expect

Your employee will receive rapid access to mental health experts via a psychological needs assessment.
Once the employee enters treatment, they will receive tailored case management giving you the confidence that they are being looked after in the appropriate way, with clinical controls in place.
Consent driven reporting and support is at the heart of our business.

Step 1

Getting in touch

Once you have confirmed with your employee you are both happy to proceed, send your employee contact details through to Onebright. A member of Onebright’s Client Liaison team will call your employee to discuss their requirements, booking them into a clinical assessment within 2 working days, at a convenient time. We’ll email a digital link ahead of the appointment to help us understand their needs and capture how they are feeling using clinically validated measures that helps us offer a high quality assessment experience.

Step 2

Clinical assessment

We understand your employees may feel some worry about their appointment but be assured we have a highly professional team to support and encourage them to their first steps into the right care. The clinical assessment will take place remotely over the phone or video link with a qualified mental health clinician. We will work though the background to their problems, discuss current symptoms and present recommendations to the most suitable evidence-based treatment available.

Step 3

Matching your employee with the right clinician

Onebright has a team of clinicians covering a broad range of mental health specialists who are matched with your employee based on the information provided. Our priority is to ensure the clinician has the right qualifications, training and experience to provide the most effective treatment approach in helping your employee.

Step 4

Beginning your therapy

Once a personal treatment plan has been agreed, therapy will begin. Your employee will engage with their therapist setting individual goals and work together to achieve these over the following weekly sessions. Therapist will evaluate the progress and keep updated to any changes. Onebright will inform your organisation of the likely number of sessions agreed in the treatment plan. We do not share any other kind of information with your referrer unless your referrer has requested, and you have consented, for us to share suitable clinical reporting to support their understanding of your needs in the workplace.

Step 5

Reports

Reports are optional. All requested reports are shared with the employer and the employee. All information in the reports is focused on helping the individual in the workplace and will suggest any reasonable workplace adjustments as well as giving a brief update of progress.

Enhanced productivity
Healthier employees are more productive. Addressing mental health issues can prevent prolonged periods of absence and presenteeism, leading to more consistent and efficient work outputs.
Engagement and retention
Employees who feel supported in managing their mental health are more likely to be engaged, motivated, and loyal. Offering access to mental health support sends a clear message that the organisation values its people, which can boost morale and retention.
Cost savings
While investing in mental health interventions has upfront costs, these are outweighed by long-term savings. Businesses that proactively manage workplace mental health see a reduction in recruitment costs and indirect costs associated with lost productivity.
