Treatment

Every individual gets a dedicated case manager who will help decide what support might be best for them, or the people you look after. Following a rigorous assessment, our team will match them to one of the world class clinicians in our network. They are leaders in their field and work to industry standard guidelines, delivering evidence-based treatments.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a talking therapy that can help an individual cope by making them more aware of the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It focuses on challenging unhelpful beliefs, attitudes and behaviours.

Trauma-focused CBT

A form of CBT specifically adapted for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). An evidence-based treatment approach shown to help children, adolescents, and adults overcome trauma-related difficulties.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Helps your brain to process trauma when you recall aspects of it as a therapist usually asks you to follow their finger from side to side with your eyes. It can help you change the way you think about a traumatic experience.

Self-guided therapy

Our online CBT is flexible, allowing you to work through modules privately at your own pace but with the support of a dedicated clinician, if needed.
