We support individuals through a range of mental health treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychiatry.

Some people enjoy the act of setting aside a time and place for therapy – in which case, meeting at a local clinic is the best choice. In contrast, others prefer to meet their CBT therapist online via Zoom or Skype. Online or virtual therapy can be an effective supplement for busy periods in your life when you need the support of your therapist but travelling to a clinic is challenging.
