Face-to-face therapy
Private and confidential face-to-face therapy
Onebright offers in-person therapy sessions across the UK, providing you with a secure environment to share your worries, thoughts and feelings with a trusted BABCP-accredited therapist.
How it works
Over the years, our CBT therapists have successfully treated thousands of clients in our private CBT service, some of whom have felt exactly as you do today. You are not alone. Usually, clients contact us with a set of symptoms that can indicate an emotional problem. Using CBT, you can catch yourself have unhelpful thoughts or engaging in negative self-talk, both of which can undermine your self-confidence and make you feel depressed or anxious. How you approach these unhelpful thoughts and self-talk can help you work out different ways of thinking and behaving to cope better, whatever life may bring.
